Saint Nicholas appreciates your business: Our upper and lower halls are available for rent for private events such as birthday parties, stag and doe’s, christenings, and more.

$800 flat rate

($500 for Church members)

*In addition to the rental fee, a security deposit of $300 is required*

We also offer an optional third-party cleaning fee - $250 dollars.
Optional full kitchen, dishware, and cutlery use fee - $300 dollars.

Checklist for Dacas and Parastos'

Call to book the church service first. For service at the Saint Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Cathedral on Nash Road: Father Dragomir Ninkovic can be reached at 1-519-503-9639. Father Djuro Samac can be reached at 905-979-5806.
Next, call our hall to arrange catering and meal service by our Kola Srpskih Sestara. Krisi Njegovan is our volunteer hall and catering coordinator, and she can be reached at 905-923-0451. Please indicate the number of guests attending.
Drinks and desserts are not included with catering. If you would like to set up a bar or self-serve dessert table, you can make arrangements to drop off your supplies in advance.
Payment (cash or cheque) should be made directly to Circle of Serbian Sisters St. Nicholas on the day of the event. Payments can also be made the following Sunday after our regular church service. Our Church Trustee, Jovan Avramov, is typically available in the church office following the service (11:30 am-1:00 pm).
Also remember that you will need zito (wheat pudding), kolach (bread), and a bottle of red wine for the church service.
